SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 16th, 2020 at approximately 1829 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Jonathan L. Branch, age 51, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license.
Branch’s vehicle was stopped on Butterfield Ave for a motor vehicle violation. After identifying the operator as Branch, it was discovered that his license was criminally suspended. Branch was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. Branch was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 09/22/2020.
