SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On Septemberth, 2022 The Bellows Falls Police Department
investigated the complaint of a vehicle off the road on Clace Drive. As a
result of this investigation, Misty Powers, age 42 of Bellows Falls was taken
into custody and processed for the offense of DUI #4, Leaving the Scene of an
Accident and Driving License Suspended-Criminal. Powers was issued a citation
to appear in the Windham Superior Court – Criminal Division on September 20th,
2022 at 0800 hours. Powers was held at the Southern State Correctional Facility
until sober.
