SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September 2^nd, 2022, at approximately 1741 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Kaanan Kain, age 32, of Bellows Falls, Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division.

Kain was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correction Facility in lieu of $25 bail. Kain was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 09/06/2022.
