SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 5th, 2020 at approximately 1:14 am, Bellows Falls Police stopped a vehicle being operated by Tiffanie Felix of Proctor, VT. The motor vehicle stop occurred on Atkinson St. in Bellows Falls for a motor vehicle violation. Felix was found to be in violation of her conditions of release out of the Vermont Superior Court-Rutland Criminal Division. She was arrested and processed at BFPD. She was ordered to be released on conditions per the court and to appear on 12/7/20 at 12:30 pm, in the Vermont Superior Court-Windham Criminal Division.
