SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 11th, 2020 at approximately 2130 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Timothy C. Shepard, age 40, of Cambridgeport, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license.
Shepard’s vehicle was seen driving south on Westminster St when the officer observed a motor vehicle violation. The officer caught up to the vehicle after it had crossed into Westminster on Route 5 and conducted a traffic stop. After identifying the operator as Shepard, it was discovered that his license was criminally suspended.
Shepard was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. Shepard was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 01/26/2021.
