CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Calais, Vermont / Berlin, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 11/14/2020 at approximately 2323 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Jason Braasch of Calais, Vermont for a Fugitive from Justice charge and Tyrone Pinder of Berlin, Vermont for having an active Vermont arrest warrant. One of the Officers on duty observed a moving violation and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The subsequent investigation found two of the three occupants of the vehicle had active arrest warrants. Braasch was issued a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division at a later and time to answer for the Fugitive charge. Braasch was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,000 dollars bail.

 

Pinder was issued a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Washington Criminal Division at a later and time to answer for the Vermont arrest warrant. Pinder was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 dollars bail.
