On 11/08/2020 at approximately 0036 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department
arrested Carl A. Record
of Bellows Falls, Vermont for driving a motor vehicle without his required
ignition interlock
device inside. One of the Officers on duty observed an equipment violation and
conducted a motor vehicle stop. The subsequent investigation lead to his arrest
for driving without his required ignition interlock device. Record was released on citation to
appear in the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division at a later and
time to answer for the charge.
