VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence

ACCUSED: Pamela J. Norberg (age 51)                                          

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: New London, Connecticut         

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 14th, 2023, at approximately 2051 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Pamela J. Norberg, age 51, of New London, Connecticut for driving under the influence.

Norberg’s vehicle was stopped on Rockingham St after an officer observed a motor vehicle violation. After meeting with Norberg, indicators of impairment were observed. Standardized Field Sobriety Test’s were administered, and at the conclusion of the tests Norberg was arrested for DUI.

Norberg was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, she was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 05/02/2023 to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
