SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 10/04/2020 at approximately 0110 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department
arrested Artem Pigarey of Fall Church, Virginia for Driving Under the Influence
and Negligent Operation. One of the Officers on duty observed multiple moving
violations and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The subsequent investigation lead
to Pigarev’s arrest for Driving Under the Influence and Negligent Operation. Pigarey
was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and Lodged
in lieu of 1,000 dollars bail. Pigarev was cited to appear in the Vermont Superior
Court Windham Criminal Division at a later date and time to answer for the
charges.
