SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 20th, 2020 at approximately 1424 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Alicia R. Simonds, age 30, of Grafton, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license.
Simonds vehicle was stopped on Tuttle St after several motor vehicle violations were observed. After identifying the operator, it was discovered that her license was currently criminally suspended in the State of Vermont.
Simonds was arrested and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. At the completion of processing she was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 08/25/2020.
