ACCUSED: Cody C. Loewe  Age: 29 City/State: Bellows Falls, VT 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On February 13th, 2021 at approximately 10:50 pm, Bellows Falls Police stopped a vehicle being operated by Cody C. Loewe of Bellows Falls for traffic violations. During the stop, officers observed indicators of criminal activity. Loewe was detained for the purpose of applying for a search warrant of his person. BFPD applied for and were granted a search warrant for Loewe. Execution of the search warrant yielded the following: 1000 bags of suspected Heroin, approximately 2 ounces of crack cocaine. Loewe was arrested and charged with Trafficking Heroin; Possession of Crack Cocaine-Greater than an ounce; and Transportation into the State. He was ordered held on $5,000 cash or surety bond with conditions. Loewe was also on parole in the state of Vermont for unrelated offenses. He was held on a probation and parole detainer with no bail.

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Rockingham, Vermont   

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On January 30th, 2021 at approximately 1221 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Tara J. Blodgett, age 34, of Rockingham, Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division. 

 

Blodgett was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 02/01/2020.

VIOLATION: Violation of Conditions of Release, False Information to a Police Officer

ACCUSED: Alexis F. Parker (age 24)

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Ludlow, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 3rd, 2021 at approximately 2119 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Alexis F. Parker, age 24, of Ludlow, Vermont for VCR and FIPO.

An officer stopped a vehicle on Rockingham St after observing a motor vehicle violation. Parker was discovered to be in the vehicle and in violation of her court ordered conditions of release. Officers spoke with Parker in regard to the violation at which point she provided them with false information.

Parker was arrested and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, Parker was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 02/04/2021 to answer to the charges. Parker was ordered held on $200 cash bail by the court. Parker was transported to Southern State Correctional Facility where she was lodged.
